On Jun. 20, 2016, the largest self-operated e-commerce enterprise - JD.COM in China and Wal-Mart announced to reach a series of deep strategic cooperation, which was to provide better commodities and services for Chinese consumers through integrating the large advantages in e-commerce and traditional retailing.
The cooperation agreement of both parties will involve extensive business fields, and will cover the online and offline retailing markets. For Wal-Mart, this cooperation will vastly develop its growth opportunities in Chinese E-commerce market.
